Following the presentations, an Action Plan was outlined to define the next steps and address challenges. The meeting also included an open discussion session, providing an opportunity for partners to share insights and ideas to strengthen further collaboration.
The consortium members visited the LIOS Laboratories at Johannes Kepler University as part of the event.
The 2nd meeting brought together 9 consortium partners from 4 European countries with an attendance of 17 representatives, each of whom contributed their expertise and resources to the EINSTEIN project and its objectives. This diverse group of universities, research institutions, and organizations joined forces to tackle the challenges of nutrifood-based theranostics for a healthier European society.
The project’s essence can be summed up in its mission: to empower knowledge management, educational programs, and technology transfer. By bridging the gap between research and practical application, the EINSTEIN project aims to create a lasting impact on European society’s health and well-being.
