Below you can find the EINSTEIN Book of Recipes. This recipe book was created within the EINSTEIN project as a practical and inspiring part of the EINSTEIN Food platform, dedicated to functional food and innovative approaches to its production.

The recipes were developed as a result of collaboration and knowledge exchange between the University of Novi Sad (UNS) and Wageningen University & Research (WUR), with the aim of bringing the idea of healthy, sustainable, and nutrient-rich nutrition closer to a wider audience.

Ispod ćete naći EINSTEIN Knjigu recepata. Ova Knjiga recepata napravljena je u okviru EINSTEIN projekta kao praktičan i inspirativan deo EINSTEIN Food platforme, posvećene funkcionalnoj hrani i inovativnim prilazima njene proizvodnje.

Recepti su razvijeni kao rezultat saradnje i razmene znanja između Univerziteta u Novom Sadu (UNS) i Wageningen University & Research (WUR), s ciljem približavanja zdrave, održive i ishrane bogate nutrijentima široj populaciji.

Interactive blood glucose response chart

The charts below show blood glucose response after consuming 30 g of carbohydrates in different forms: a commercial bar, high-protein bar, high-fiber bar, high-fat bar, and banana. Results are shown separately for two participants, highlighting how individual responses can vary depending on the food composition and the person’s metabolism.

EINSTEIN Food

In addition to the interactive tools and recipe book, the EINSTEIN Food Platform also includes practical educational materials designed for everyday use.

Developed within the EINSTEIN project in collaboration with project partner Vojvodina Organic Cluster and its member Dolovac Organic, this Brochure offers a practical guide to drying fruit, vegetables and herbs at home, with examples of how seasonal ingredients can be preserved and used in recipes.

Razvijena u okviru projekta EINSTEIN, u saradnji sa projektnim partnerom Vojvodina Organic Cluster i njegovim članom Dolovac Organic, ova Brošura predstavlja praktičan vodič za sušenje voća, povrća i začinskog bilja u kućnim uslovima, uz primere kako se sezonske namirnice mogu sačuvati i koristiti u receptima.
