Insights from the 4th Project Management Meeting in Novi Sad

On December 11, 2025, Science and Technology Park Novi Sad (STP) hosted the fourth meeting of the EINSTEIN consortium. The consortium members assessed the progress, status and planned activities for the upcoming third year of the project.

After a welcome and introductory remarks by the host, Vladimir Todorović, Head of the Innovation and Project Development Department (STP), the attendees were addressed by Prof. Dr. Goran Stojanović, Project Coordinator at the University of Novi Sad, who provided a broad overview of the EINSTEIN project’s status.

The outcomes and results were presented at thorough work package sessions. While partners shared thoughts and insights to improve future collaboration, the agenda also covered topics to ensure everyone was on the same page regarding the project’s goals, milestones, and timeline.

Science and Technology Park Novi Sad operates as an initiative of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, aiming to support its members, accelerate the commercialization of innovative products and services, and enable faster application of new developments and technologies.

STP Novi Sad represents a key meeting and collaboration point for business, science, and institutions, and through its activities, programs, and services, it has a significant impact on the development of the innovation ecosystem in Serbia. The members of STP are technology companies engaged in innovation, startup companies and teams, as well as research and development institutes.

This gathering of partners provided a new opportunity to meet students and future researchers. The gathering served as the occasion for yet another podcast episode to be recorded, this one in collaboration with the “Youth Fest” organisation and Kristina Petrović, the EINSTEIN Project Manager.
