Four EINSTEIN NutriBar Tastings Held

As part of the visit of students and researchers from Wageningen University & Research (WUR) to the University of Novi Sad (UNS), four tastings of EINSTEIN NutriBars were organized. During the visit, participants had the opportunity to try four different bar varieties and evaluate them by sharing their impressions, preferences, and suggestions.

The evaluation focused on several important aspects of the products. Participants were asked how much they liked the products overall, how they would describe the flavor profile of the samples.

They also evaluated the texture and mouthfeel of the bars, indicating whether they found them enjoyable and describing the products using given attributes in the questionnaire.

These tastings were an important part of the co-creation process, as they actively involved the public in the development of the EINSTEIN nutri bars. This kind of participation is especially valuable because it allows researchers to collect direct feedback from potential users and better understand how the products are perceived in terms of taste, texture, and overall acceptability.

The results of the evaluation will be used to further improve the EINSTEIN NutriBars, helping refine their flavor, texture, and overall quality in line with participants’ feedback.
