The 5th EINSTEIN Project Management Meeting was held in Copenhagen at the DTU – Technical University of Denmark, on the 29th of May, 2026, bringing together partners from across Europe.
The agenda was packed with meaningful activities, comprehensive reviews of work packages, planning for the second half of our project, and developing nutrifood-based theranostics for improving the healthcare of the European Populace.
Beyond the formal sessions, including a Reception with the Digital Health Team, engaging Lab visit, and Sky Lab, we’re also looking forward to informal networking and to building stronger connections across our consortium.
At the meeting, the partners from Wageningen in Holland introduced new Super Nutritinal Bars – the so-called EINSTEIN Bar – packed with super nutrients without inducing glucose spikes, while the Austrian partners from Johannes Kepler University had made sophisticated transistors and radio antenna from plants.
