New cover page for the EINSTEIN project. The illustration is connected to the paper “Yellow Mealworm Larvae Derived Eco-Friendly Substrates for Responsible Electronics” in the Advanced Sustainable Systems journal.

In the article, the EINSTEIN project’s researchers present yellow mealworm larvae-inspired biodegradable electronic substrates. Combining excellent dielectric, mechanical, and thermal properties with rapid biodegradability, these eco-friendly substrates offer a sustainable, printed-circuit board (PCB) alternative, thereby reducing e-waste and advancing the development of responsible electronics.
