As part of the Field Day and Nutrifood Product Tasting organised at PG Dolovac in Futog, the EINSTEIN team prepared a bilingual flyer to support the presentation through simple and practical examples on how healthy organic ingredients can be easily prepared into a nutritional breakfast.
This flyer was created for the mentioned event, but with the intent to also be used for all next communication and dissemination events that are planned mainly for citizens and a broad stakeholder audience.

The first part of the flyer presents the main EINSTEIN message: driving innovation by connecting agriculture and nutrifood with electronics and medicine. The same message is also given in Serbian, “Razvoj inovativnih rešenja kroz povezivanje poljoprivrede, hrane, elektronike i medicine”, making this flyer material useful for international and local audiences.
The second part of the flyer brings the recipe for buckwheat/millet porridge with fruit rolls. The recipe was selected because it presents fruit rolls not only as a snack, but also as an ingredient that can be combined with cereals, dried fruit and nuts. For participants who are not familiar with this type of product, the recipe helped explain its possible use simply.
By combining a project message, product image and recipe, the flyer supported mentioned but will also support the next activities and helped make the nutrifood concept easier to understand.
