The University of Novi Sad (UNS) welcomed colleagues from Wageningen University & Research (WUR) for the event “WUR to UNS: Future Food and Health,” held on April 20, 2026 at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad.
The event brought together 43 participants, including 27 attendees from Wageningen University & Research, the Netherlands, and the rest from the University of Novi Sad, for a day of inspiring talks, discussion, and networking.
The event was a great success and created a friendly, dynamic atmosphere for connecting PhD students and researchers from UNS and WUR. Alongside the excellent presentations, it provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, build new contacts, and continue strengthening the collaboration between the two institutions.
In addition to presentations held by WUR PhD students, notable speeches were given by Prof. Vincenzo Fogliano from WUR, Dr. Sanja Kojić from Faculty of Technical Sciences, UNS, and Dr. Milica Pojić from the Institute of Food Technology in Novi Sad, UNS.
